Yes, faithful readers, it has been a long while since I posted. To say the past four or so months have been difficult would be understating things. But I’m back, and better than ever.
One thing I did learn long ago is that therapy is a very, very good thing. So, knowing I was struggling with the deaths of my dad, and so many residents, to Covid, therapy wasn’t an option but rather a necessity. Not only did I find free services available, they are/were faith based and wonderful.
In therapy I worked through my grief. I also learned that I have co-dependency issues so I learned to draw boundary lines, take care of me first, and I’m in a much better place.
Outside of therapy I’ve learned there are amazing benefits to CBD oil (non-THC), for all kinds of issues, and started walking regularly. So much to share that it will be coming in numerous posts over the next few weeks so stay tuned!
